LOOKING FOR MARILYN was produced for the Straight 8 challenge - 1 cartridge, no editing allowed (www.straight8.net).

LOOKING FOR MARILYN was chosen over 172 films to premiere on Channel 4. The rules of the competition meant that this was the first time the film-makers saw it. Its festival premiere in the Kodak pavilion at Cannes followed.

It has since showcased with Straight 8 around the world and was selected for their best of the decade showcase at Rushes Festival London. It was also a finalist in DepicT at the Encounters International Film Festival and was the winner of the International Prize at Recontres Festival, Nice.
