THE END
THE END went from original conception to the can within three days. A rare opportunity to shoot a 35 mm short for free by using short ends and equipment that were available after wrap of a feature.
The protagonist, Stan is interrogated by two unknown men. Their speech frightens and confuses him. Their behaviour is deliberately exaggerated. Behind the absurdity are glimmers of truth about Stan and his situation and we can only watch as he is drawn to one terrible conclusion.
Taking its inspiration from Harold Pinter's work THE END is about the fragile construction of identity.
